Clair Challenor-Chadwick, MD of Cause UK, has been shortlisted as a finalist, for the regional Yorkshire and North East, ‘Director of the Year Awards’ for Corporate Social Responsibility.
Clair said, “This is great recognition for Cause UK and all our hard work. We have been shortlisted for the Corporate Social Responsibility category, which is in our DNA. I am told this year that the competition was fierce, which makes Cause UK a winner in our own right having made the long-list and now the short-list. My sister, Ann and I, have worked tirelessly over the last 8 years to run our business and have raised £1 million for good causes and social enterprises, we couldn’t be more thrilled and humbled to receive our award nomination.”
The awards evening will take place on Thursday 5th July at the historic Principal York Hotel.
The host for the evening will be Danni Hewson, Business and Consumer Affairs Correspondent for BBC News.
