Clair Challenor-Chadwick, MD of Cause UK has been working since the summer this year with the Leeds Teaching Hospitals Charitable Foundation to launch a new £2m fundraising appeal to create a Yorkshire Brain Research Centre in Leeds to tackle Epilepsy, Parkinson’s, MS and Dementia. The centre will create clinical trials for Yorkshire patients and pay for research which is the last medical frontier for scientists.
