This week launched with the jaw-dropping voice of Alfie Boe as Cause UK led on the PR for the opening celebration for Prince Harry’s Invictus UK Trials in Sheffield.

The concert was co-produced by the seriously talented ‘songwriter to the stars’ Eliot Kennedy, and the inspiring founder of the charity, Style for Soldiers, Emma Willis MBE. Emma is also a huge talent, not as a songwriter (as far as we know) but as a luxury shirt maker (also to the stars, with a client list that sounds like the line-up at the Oscars!).

Catch a quick glimpse of just how jaw-dropping Alfie was!

We’re really proud to support Eliot Kennedy’s charity gigs, and his famous friends always say yes, gifting their time for free for the cause.

As if all that wasn’t hot enough, and with the thermometer literally soaring, MD of Cause UK, Clair Challenor-Chadwick, managed a plethora of broadcasters on the night, with live news broadcasts from BBC Look North, ITV Calendar, Forces TV and The One Show.

Clair was invited today with Eliot and Emma to a private meeting with His Royal Highness, the Duke of Sussex, to thank them for putting on the opening extravaganza to the Invictus UK Trials.

Prince Harry of course founded Invictus, and he headed to Sheffield on the hottest day of the year – thoughts are with the athletes competing in Sheffield!

It’s been a privilege working with both Eliot and Emma, both who share the values and heart of Cause UK. It’s a joy to work and be friends with like-minds.
