Cause UK is delighted to be handling the PR for the 2014 Harrogate International Festivals, whose Highlights were announced in a piece written by Director Ann in the Harrogate Advertiser.
Wynton Marsalis, Timothy West and the John Wilson Orchestra will headline the 48th Harrogate International Festivals.
Sir Ranulph Fiennes, Kate Adie and Jay Raynor also star as part of the Raworths Harrogate Literature Festival.
The ever-popular John Wilson Orchestra swings into town with the sumptuous sounds of the great MGM musicals. Special tickets will be available for a special post-show champagne reception with the stars of the show.
Other music acts include the 2013 BBC2 Folk Award-winners Bellowhead, famed for their exhilarating live performances featuring the 11-strong band. For classical fans, the BBC Young Musician 2012, cellist Laura van der Heijden stars, as well as the Official Harpist to H.R.H The Prince of Wales, Hannah Stone.
Powerhouse actor, Sir Timothy West, will perform in ‘Pity of War’. Also, the magnificent Medici Quartet will play Sir John Tavener’s final work, who died last year, in what promises to be a deeply moving concert.
