Cause UK secured BBC Morning Live to cover the story of the Pendle Hill Landscape Partnership’s work in Peat Restoration.
BBC presenter Gethin Jones interviewed artist Kerry Morrison at COP26 in Glasgow. Kerry and chef Andrew Dean created a Peat Pie recipe to help explain the importance of Peat in an accessible and memorable way. The Peat Pie was served to 100 delegates at COP26 and can now be found on local menus around Pendle.
Cause UK has been representing the Pendle Hill Landscape Partnership for the last six months, telling the unique stories of Pendle Hill and what makes the landscape so special.
